On Monday June 1st, “Gastronomy Workshops” where all the chefs will cook “live” their own specialties for the clients. In the meantime, in the hotel’s sumptuous gardens, tasting sessions of cheeses, wines and oils from the local Italian and French producers on exhibition at the Grand Hotel. On June 2nd, “Déjeuner sur l’Herbe” a grand pic-nic lunch in the hotel’s gardens. The Triumph of taste and beauty…. by the sea!
