The Residenza Parco Fellini, the four star adjacent to the Grand Hotel Rimini, has 51 rooms divided into Classic, Superior and Junior Suite room types.  The Residenza Parco Fellini is surrounded by maritime pines and occupies one of the two twin buildings, facing one another, dating back to 1906 when the first Italian and foreign tourists started coming to Rimini for its spa waters. Guests at the Residenza have access to all the services available at the Grand Hotel Rimini which is a few steps away.

CLASSIC ROOMS 
Classic rooms are bright, extremely functional and furnished with taste in the light shades of golden yellow and light wood. The surface is between 16 and 20 sqm. Air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, minibar, direct telephone, WI-FI and safe are the services available in the room. Bathrooms are in green marble, travertine or Carrara and are equipped with tub and shower. Some Classic rooms have a view on the surrrounding small pinewood.

SUPERIOR ROOMS 
Superior rooms are more spacious than the Classic rooms, are bright, extremely functional and furnished with taste in the light shades of golden yellow and light wood. The surface is between 20 and 28 sqm. Air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, mini-bar, direct telephone, WI-FI and safe are the services available inside the room. Bathrooms are in green marble, travertine or Carrara and are equipped with tub and shower. Some of the Superior rooms have a view on the surrounding small pinewood.
 
JUNIOR SUITES
Junior suites are very spacious, bright, extremely functional and furnished in the light shades of golden yellow and light wood. Junior suites measure about 30 sqm. Air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, mini-bar, direct telephone, WI-FI and safe are the services available inside the room. Bathrooms are in green marble,  travertine or Carrara and are equipped with tub and walk in shower. Some of the Junior Suites have a view on the small pinewood.
