    Cancellation policy:
    A deposit equalling 30% of the value of the whole stay will be requested at the time of booking confirmation.
    In case of cancellation within the 14th day prior to arrival, the deposit will be kept and made available to you for your next stay. In case of cancellations beyond the above term or of no show, the deposit will be kept as a compensation. In case of early departure, the whole stay has to be paid for entirely.

    Children reductions when sharing room with 2 adults

    • from 1 to 6 years: 50% ;
    • from 7 to 11 years: 30% ;
    • Children up to 1 year, in baby-cot (meals extra): € 20,00 per day
    • Third extra bed in double room: 20% ;
    • MINI CLUB in the summer months

     Extra Charges

    • Room service: € 6,00 ;
    • Pets: € 10,00 per day (meals excluded);
    • Lunch or dinner: € 40,00 per person

    • local taxes, VAT, service charge and use of a cabin on our private beach.
