For decades, the Mare & Pineta Hotel has welcome Italian celebrities from the world of culture, industry and politics, and also an extremely refined clientèle alltogether, particularly attracted by the wide green areas and the large beach the hotel boasts.

To keep unchanged the high level of satisfaction of the hotel's loyal guests, Mr Batani has decided to start major renovation works concerning the hotel and the surrounding areas, in order to transform the four star hotel into a fantastic five star.
 
At the beginning of summer 2011, after completion of total renovation works, the Beach and its Beach Restaurant have become the unparalleled protagonists of elegant beach aperitifs and dinner dances. The hotel's common areas, the hall, the bar, the meeting rooms and the 165 rooms will undergo renovation during the last phase of the renovation works.
