Cancellation policy:
A deposit equalling 30% of the value of the whole stay will be requested at the time of booking confirmation.
In case of cancellation within the 14th day prior to arrival, the deposit will be kept and made available to you for your next stay. In case of cancellations beyond the above term or of no show, the deposit will be kept as a compensation. In case of early departure, the whole stay has to be paid for entirely.

Reduction

• Halfboard: € 5,00 per person per day

• up to 6 years: 50% ;
• from 7 to 11 years: 30% ;
• Third person in double room: 10% ;
• Baby-cot: € 12,00 per day only bed-meals excluded

Extra Charges

• Double room single use: on request
• Extra lunch or dinner: € 28,00 per person
• Room service: € 5,00 ;
• Pets: € 8,00 per day (meals excluded);
