Cancellation policy:

From January 6th until May 31st and from September 1st until December 28th , no penalty for cancellations received before 18.00, three days prior to arrival. For cancellations received after that time or in case of no-show, one night will be charged. In case of early departure after checkin,the total of the nights cancelled will be charged.
From June 1st until Agosto 31st and from December 29th to January 5th , a deposit of 50% of the value of the whole stay is to be paid at the time of booking as a confirmation. In case of cancellation of the whole stay before 6.00p.m. of the 15th day prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. In case of now-show or for cancellations beyond the above term until the day of arrival, the deposit paid will not be reimbursed and shall be kept as compensation. In case of early departure after check-in, the total of nights cancelled will be charged.

    Pokoje nie są duże ale gustownie i ładnie urządzone. Hotel stoi przy samej plaży - widoki są rewelacyjne. Restauracja - niesamowita, pyszne jedzenie i bardzo urozmaicone. Śniadania bardzo dobre, duży wybór. Pyszna kawa. Obsługa hotelu pomocna i profesjonalna. Pokoje sprzątane dwa razy dziennie. Hotel warty swojej ceny Consiglio sulle camere: najlepsze pokoje są z dużym tarasem z bezpośrednim widokiem na morze

    This is a very nice hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff. The room had been recently refurbished and the hotel is just across the road from the sea front. It's quite a hike to Cervia but there is a public bus or do as most people do and hire a bike. Downsides are that Wifi was not accessible in the room and that the pool is shared with the sister 3 star hotel and it's barely big enough for the Universal

    We arrived home 2 days ago after a wonderful and relaxing holiday at the Universal in Cervia. It had been our second visit to the hotel which we first stayed at in 2012. The fact that we returned to it this year meant that we were very impressed by the hotel. It is immaculately clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and we really want to visit the hotel and Cervia again.

    This is an excellent hotel.The staff are very friendly, and speak relatively good English. The pool is big, very clean and has lots of sun beds. The room is a bit small but ours was with fantastic sea view; sitting in the balcony at night was great. The room was also very clean and the Housekeeping was five star.
