CANCELLATION POLICY
From January 6th until May 31st and from September 1st until December 28th , no penalty for cancellations received before 18.00, three days prior to arrival. For cancellations received after that time or in case of no-show, one night will be charged. In case of early departure after checkin,the total of the nights cancelled will be charged.
From June 1st until Agosto 31st and from December 29th to January 5th , a deposit of 50% of the value of the whole stay is to be paid at the time of booking as a confirmation. In case of cancellation of the whole stay before 6.00p.m. of the 15th day prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. In case of now-show or for cancellations beyond the above term until the day of arrival, the deposit paid will not be reimbursed and shall be kept as compensation. In case of early departure after check-in, the total of nights cancelled will be charged.
