    "Luxuriously appointed - lacks a bit of atmosphere"


    Somebody clearly had very deep pockets in appointing the build and fit-out of this hotel. Everything from solid wood parquet floors to high-tech in-room automation, designer bathrooms and acres of space. You really couldn't wish for a better fit-out in a hotel costing twice the price. But even the deepest pockets haven't yet turned Cluj into a thriving business hub, or tourist destination, so you'll find yourself relatively un-troubled by other guests, which means that although service is keen and professional, the whole place feels slightly deserted.

    Worth mentioning that the pool in the photos looks lovely, but it is only filled for the summer.

    "the smell of fresh & new"


    Being a speaker at a local conference I have stayed in this hotel for one night.
    First impression is that it looks like new, what is actually very true, compared to other hotels I have stayed in. I have liked the automation controls available in the room for air con, lighting, shades. The room is tidy and clean. It's a very nice idea to have a balcony, one can enjoy some sun out there in case of. I recommend the entrance side of the hotel, as it faces south so enjoying the sunrise in free in the morning.

    "Our meeting last week"


    Dear Rares,

    I  hope this mail finds you well.


    I wanted to give you some feedback on our meeting last week.  As before, everything went well.  It was lovely to work with you again and to see so many other familiar faces working at the Hotel from our meeting early last year.


    The service was exemplary, the surroundings very pleasant and you even managed to give us some lovely weather for virtually the whole week J


    I had nothing but positive feedback from everyone I spoke to about the venue and general arrangements which is rare in my experience.


    On a personal note, I found it extremely gratifying that anything we needed or asked for was readily available, quick response given, and most importantly for me, I knew that you would carry out our requests with no further need to chase up, follow-up, check-up on.

    We got first class service all the way, down to the tiniest of detail.


    So a BIG thank you to you, your colleagues and the hotel for allowing our meeting to go ahead in a lovely atmosphere free of any stressful situations.


    Please forward my thanks to everyone at the hotel who helped to make this happen.
