The Hotel Mare e Pineta’s price list presents the classic room rates for full-board, with a half-board reduction, and bed and breakfast rates. Full-board rates are indicated per person per day, while bed and breakfast rates are indicated per room per day and they can vary from a minimum to a maximum price, which is specified on request.
Full-board and half-board rates also include the use of private beach with cabin, deckchair and sun beds, starting from the 2nd row. The 1st row has an extra charge.
All rates include taxes, service and VAT. The hotel distinguishes itself for children reductions and it is the typical hotel for families because of its spacious places and its services dedicated to children, such as a recreation room and entertainments through mini-club.

All rates include
The full board rate includes : room, breakfast from the grand buffet on the terrace, lunch (on the beach from June until August or in the restaurant), dinner, snack at 11 p.m.,services, taxes, VAT, one cabin for each family on the private beach with parasol, long chairs and one sun bed (1st row with extra charge)

Beach facilities are not included

Cancellation policy:
A deposit equalling 30% of the value of the whole stay will be requested at the time of booking confirmation.
In case of cancellation within the 14th day prior to arrival, the deposit will be kept and made available to you for your next stay. In case of cancellations beyond the above term or of no show, the deposit will be kept as a compensation. In case of early departure, the whole stay has to be paid for entirely.
