The Hotel Miramonti restaurant has been able to get a remarkable reputation for the quality of its cuisine and for its refined setting, with a terrace and a view on the Acquapartita lake. Our head cook proposes dishes of the local tradition, inspired by the cuisine of Tuscany and Romagna, with home-made pasta and regional fresh products which come from the Batani family’s farm. He also offers some specialities “stolen” from the seaside tradition, with fresh products from the Adriatic sea.
Breakfast is served in a rich buffet, with both sweet and salty food, while lunch and dinner start with a tempting buffet of appetizers and vegetables, then there are à la carte menus and finally a dessert buffet, being everything meant to satisfy even the most demanding palates. Guests with particular diet-needs, such as vegetarians, celiac people or people with food allergies, have the possibility of tasting the Hotel Miramonti cuisine following their particular needs. Similarly, mums with babies can have baby food prepared and decide alternative mealtimes with the head butler.
