The “Batani Farm” was born 10 years ago, from an idea of the entrepreneur Antonio Batani and his family who were determined to offer the guests staying at the family’s hotels home-produced genuine fruits and vegetables of guaranteed origin. Nothing seemed then to be better than starting a family production of a great variety of vegetables, pods and fruits, according to the principles of natural farming, i.e. non-intensive and adapted to the seasons. Cherries, strawberries, peaches and apricots, walnuts, figs, potatoes, aubergines, courgettes, kidney beans and green beans, just to mention a few, are part of the large variety of juicy fruits and savoury vegetables grown by the Batani Family with passion and love for the land. Not only. A large number of hens ensures a daily production of fresh eggs used by our chefs to prepare delicious hand-made pasta and excellent desserts. Today, the Batani Farm hires up to 10 people all year long, for the growing, picking up and harvesting.

On the Batani estate, a big farmhouse welcomes family members, friends, guests and sometimes even the hotels’ staff on special occasions and parties outdoor, in a typically bucolic atmosphere. A different way to rediscover real nature and benefit from its numerous qualities.
